A: HomeBase is a boutique apartment hotel with five (5) floors and seventeen (17) rooms. Our rooms are designed in a Japanese minimalist style, so you can expect to have a clean and relaxing stay.
Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located at 48 East Capitol Drive, Kapitolyo, Pasig – a residential borough that is home to plenty of restaurants and cafes.
Q: What time is check-in and check-out?
A: Check-in is from 2:00 PM onwards. Checkout is until 12:00 PM.
Q: Can I arrive late at night?
A: Yes, you can check-in at any time. Arrivals after 8:00 PM will be allowed to self check-in. Please contact us if you’re arriving late so we can send self check-in instructions.
Q: Can I checkout after 12:00 PM?
A: If the room is available, you may checkout until 3:00 PM for an additional fee.
Q: Can I store my luggage before check-in or after checkout?
A: Yes, we offer complimentary luggage storage for early arrivals or late departures (subject to staff availability).
Q: Can I cancel or rebook my reservation?
A: Yes. We offer flexible cancellation and rebooking options. Please refer to our Booking & Cancellation Policies for complete details.
Q: Do you offer daily cleaning?
A: We offer cleaning every five (5) days, which includes a deep clean of your room and a change of linens.
Q: Can I request extra cleaning or fresh linens?
A: Yes, you may request these services for an additional fee. You may also request for additional towels and pillows free of charge.
Q: Is cooking allowed?
A: Light cooking is allowed in the Common Pantry. Heavy cooking, deep frying, or strong-smelling food preparation is not permitted inside the rooms.
Q: Do you have drinking water available?
Yes, there will be a pitcher of water in your refrigerator. You may refill this with our water dispenser in the Common Pantry.
Q: Is smoking allowed?
A: Smoking, vaping, and open flames are strictly prohibited inside the room and on balconies. Violations are subject to a โฑ5,000 fee.
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: Yes! HomeBase is a pet-friendly building. We only allow small pets (up to 25 lbs) though, both for your and your furry friend’s comfort. Larger or additional pets are subject to approval and fees.
Q: Can minors or children stay?
A: Minors may stay only with a parent or legal guardian present. Please note that we do not have any amenities or facilities that can accommodate infants (e.g. cribs).
Q: Do the rooms have Wi-Fi?
A: Yes, all rooms include free high-speed Wi-Fi. Our Wi-Fi is fast enough to accommodate high speed streaming and video conferencing for all our guests.
Q: Do the rooms have a private bathroom?
A: Yes, every unit comes with a private shower and toilet.
Q: Is there a kitchenette or refrigerator?
A: All rooms include kitchenette with a mini-fridge and microwave. Guests also have access to a Common Pantry for light cooking.
Q: Do you provide towels, toiletries, and linens?
A: Yes, we provide fresh linens, towels, and basic toiletries for your stay.
Q: Is parking available?
A: Yes, 1 free parking slot is included per room booking for Staycation guests. Car size restrictions apply (max height 1.90m). Typically, our slots can only accommodate up to Fortuner-sized vehicles.
Q: Do you have bicycle parking?
A: Yes. We have designated bicycle parking on the ground floor. Please bring your own lock.
Q: Is there an elevator?
A: Yes, our building is equipped with an elevator serving all floors.
Q: Is the area secure?
A: Kapitolyo is a safe and quiet neighborhood. Our building is also equipped with CCTV, digital locks, and staff are onsite daily.
Q: What happens if I damage something?
A: Any damages to property or lost items will be charged to the guest. Please report any existing issues upon check-in.
Q: What if I forget something after checkout?
A: Items left behind will be held for 5 days. After that, they will be disposed of. If you have left anything, let us know as soon as possible.
Q: Are your prices per person or per room?
A: Prices are per room, based on standard occupancy. Extra charges will apply for additional guests.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept credit/debit cards, e-wallet payments, and bank transfers. Payment instructions will be provided upon booking.
Q: Do I need to pay a security deposit?
A: A refundable security deposit will be required upon check-in.
Q: How do I contact you during my stay?
A: You can reach us through the contact number or email provided in your confirmation email or booking app. We are also available on Viber, Facebook, and Instagram.
Q: I love your place and would like to stay longer. Are there other booking arrangements I can avail?
A: Yes! We have Long-Term Rent (LTR) and Midstay rates available. These are our semi-annual and monthly stays respectively.
