Minimalist Apartment Hotel in Kapitolyo, Pasig

Great place to stay as well as great value for your money! This place will probably be my go to accomodation whenever I want to stay in the metro. The place has free parking which is an absolute boon for it. However, if you decide to bring a car, choose one that’s compact as getting in and out of the garage is challenging with the tight spaces and steep incline. Overall a great place to stay.

Quick backstory:Our condo’s AC needed to be replaced so we needed to find a temporary place for a few days to stay.What stood out:1. They allow pets. We have 2 BSH cats so this is definitely a plus.2. Place is relatively near us.3. We know Kapitolyo area in Pasig is a good neighborhood with lots of great restos.4. Parking. Very few Airbnb’s offer parking spaces that are FREE.5. The place is new.6. The place is spacious for 2 guests + 2 pets.7. Fast internet with Netflix.Host(s):1. Very responsive. Leni, Kyle, and Kim responded within an hour from my initial inquiry. They provided very detailed responses that made our decision to book with them easier.2. Very flexible and accommodating. We had a handful of questions and requests every now and then. Didn’t hear a bad thing from them. Great customer service.Will we book with them again?Yes! Most definitely.
